Yes. We require 50% payment to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% will need to be paid within 7 days of the completed move. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

We loan Boxes and supply Bubble Wrap, Tape & Packing Paper at trade prices as part of our Removal & (or) Packing Service. All packing materials will be delivered & collected within 7-10 days on either side of the move date.

Covid-19

This crisis has affected every aspect of our lives and it has made a big changed to the way removals are now conducted. However, our company has adapted to this situation and we aim to answer your questions and alleviate any anxiety you may have. 

From remote surveys to PPE and the health our staff to what you should do during the move, we have the answers.

We offer a remote quoting service via video call and we use apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Skype. Alternativity, you can send us photos via email or upload your videos to Dropbox and Google Photos and send us the link. It’s very easy and we can guide you throughout the whole process.

Yes, every member of our removal team will be supplied with the appropriate PPE such as facemasks, gloves and hand sanitiser during your move.

Due to the nature of our business, this is difficult to implement due to many items requiring a 2 person lift but we operate a ‘Buddy System’ and this means crews will work in pairs to reduce the risks of infection.

Each member of our team has been taught how to wear PPE, social distance at 2m whenever possible and wash their hands on a regular basis. We also understand the situation relating to Covid-19 is very fluid and we’re constantly monitoring the advice from various authorities and will adjust our policy in accordance.

All staff are required to us informed of their current health status on a regular basis and if they show any Covid-19 symptoms, they will self-isolate and we’ll notify everyone they’ve been in contact with without delay.

All of our vans and equipment are disinfected after each job.

You have 2 options. The first is to create us a floor plan of your new property and label each box and furniture in accordance and we’ll move everything without you needing to be at the properties. However, if you want or need to be present during the move, you’re advised to follow government guidelines on Covid-19 safety procedures such as social distancing and wearing PPE.

In all honesty, we don’t know when the lockdown will end and even if it ends soon, Covid-19 could still be a threat. This decision is ultimately up to you.
